These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints for the products and services offered on this website. The seller is MAK TEAM d.o.o.. The buyer is any visitor who fills in an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card.
Ordering
The customer orders the product or service via the electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product or service, fills in the required information and sends the order.
All prices are expressed in EUR, with VAT included where applicable.
Goods or services are considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment.
Payment
Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro®, American Express®.
All card payments are processed in EUR. The amount charged to your card account is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of your card issuer's network.
Delivery / service fulfilment
For physical goods, orders are packaged so that they are not damaged during normal handling. On pickup the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and immediately point out any visible damage to the delivery person. The seller disclaims liability for damage that occurs during delivery once the shipment leaves the seller's premises.
For hospitality services (reservations, events, catering), reservation confirmation, cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility are sent by email at the time of booking.
Complaints and refunds
The seller is obliged to provide the product or service as described on this website. In case of a fault or non-conformity, the buyer should contact the seller in writing within a reasonable period from receipt of the goods or service. The seller will respond within the legally required period and offer a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
Refunds to card payments are returned to the same card and account that was originally charged. Refund processing time depends on the card issuer.
